This group session includes the fundamentals of competing in the HYROX challenge. We aim to help you participate or compete with us in the AZ team twice a year. The elements include: skiier techniques, rowing techniques, wall ball techniques, 1000m runs, basic cross fit elements, farmers carry, sled push and pull.
