About Strength High intensity interval training
This group session is built around our strength and endurance ethos, where we add elements of cross fit, HYROX and strength training against the HIIT principles of 1min on and 20 sec off. This system allows for an intensity that builds your endurance strength while giving you small rest periods between the intense workouts.
